What a great move! We rented packing bins instead of cardboard boxes from Smart Price Moving ( at a great price) 2 weeks before our move. They arrived the day of the move, on time. It was 96 degrees and our team of movers worked so hard, didn't slow down at any point, just kept smiling and keeping things moving along. They finished on time! They traveled an hour and a half the next day to our new home and again showed up, as scheduled, and once again in 96 degree weather. This wonderful team of men were so kind and helpful. Nothing was broken or lost...I feel they did much more then any other company we have used in the past. Marissa, who clearly runs everything, is an absolute gem. She provided us with everything we needed to know to make our move successful. In addition to all the hard work, kindness (and smiles) the amount we were quoted was exactly what we paid.. how often does that happen?We highly recommend this awesome moving company, five stars are not enough! Thank you!!!!

Shout out to the moving team Jermaine, Wayne and Kevon. No matter how you slice and dice it, moving is always a hassle with its challenges. These guys made that the best experience it can possibly be. I moved out of a spacious one bedroom apartment with average amount of furniture. They disassembled my furniture and reassembled it as part of the overall cost. There were no hidden fees and everything was clear upfront. Price is reasonable for the quality and services they provide. I would recommend them to my friends and family and to myself if I plan to move in the area again.

I knew exactly how much they would charge me in advance thanks to their responsive customer service and their interactive website. There were no surprises in the price. I tipped them at the end of the move. Movers arrived early. Professional. Wore masks upon request. Came with their own packing supplies and knew how to breakdown a dining room table and fix it back again. I am very picky. I didn't give them 5 starts because they didn't have Ezpass and needed cash to pay the tolls. They need to get Ezpass. Other than that for the price I paid, the service was excellent.

The quote I was given was vastly misleading. I was quoted $1,100, but the total amount in the quote only reflected 3 hours of work time. They knew the job would take approximately 6 hours (and the estimated job time was even listed in the quote), but they gave me a quote for 3 hours. I was shocked and frustrated when I was given my bill for $1900. When I spoke to them about it, I was told that everything was already communicated over the phone; however, there is something sneaky about only showing a quote for 3 hours when you know the job will take 6 hours. Presenting the quote in such a misleading way is unfair - if I knew how much I would actually be paying I would not have chosen Smart Price and instead would have went with the other company I was seriously considering.

Jabari was very professional and polite and Marisa is just fantastic!!!! She was patient and efficient , explained everything in detail. Price quoted was price paid, no surprise charges and extra fees. Day of move Jermaine and Wayne showed up when Marissa said they would. They were so careful and took great care packing and padding, tv’s , furniture and other decorative items that could not fit in boxes. They did an amazing job of packing storage unit and was so pleasant and polite the entire time! I definitely recommend this company and will absolutely be using them again. She's not only efficient and knowledgeable, she's great fun to talk with!Ariel and Germaine did the heavy lifting, and they were equally efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They did everything quickly and carefully and finished well within their estimated time.I had scheduled this move with Smart Price earlier in the year and had to cancel at the very last minute. I fully expected to be charged a cancellation fee, but Marissa explained that they would just apply my $150 deposit to the move whenever I was ready. And that's what they did. I would use Smart Price again in a minute and highly recommend them to everyone!

I recently used Smart Price for the 2nd time in 4 years! Again, they have exceeded my expectations! They had a comprehensive plan for my move beginning with an inventory of everything I would be moving. The team arrived promptly and began my move after making sure they spoke with me about my expectations. They wrapped everything, insuring my items wouldn’t be damaged in the process. They took care of my items as though it were their own. They even took my king size bed apart! After packing the truck in record time, we drove to my new town home. I have used Smart Price Moving for several moves. They show up on time and provide exceptional services. I am lucky to have found this company. I have heard horror stories about other companies holding on to your items until you pay more money and damaging items.They are my "Go to Movers". Moving can be stressful enough but not with Smart Price. They are truly an honest business. Smart Price Moving is a great resource for short and long distance moves. I've used the company for both short and long distance moves. When they completed my short term move they were able to unload my items and set up my furniture in my place in less than an hour. I recently moved from New Jersey to Atlants and Smart Price delivered my things in a short period of time (about 3-4 days) and also unloaded my things in less than an hour. All my items were delivered with no damage to anything. I highly reccomend their services as they are very professional, efficient and reasonably priced.

From the beginning, SmartPrice was professional and efficient. Their moving quote was reasonable - it was at the lower end of the average of the four moving services I compared. The office point of contact checked in with me shortly before the move, was readily available to answer my questions, and also followed up to ensure that the move went well. I had a great experience with smart price moving. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I enjoyed supporting a small business. It's clear that they take pride and joy in what they do.When you rent with them they will drop off plastic moving boxes ("Smart Bins") a few days before. These are great because you won't have to waste time and money trying to find/buy enough cardboard boxes to move with. You get 20 for free which was plenty for my 1 bedroom apartment. When they drop off the bins they will also verify/try to give you the most accurate estimate possible.They arrived right on time for moving day and had no problem tossing the stuff that I did not want to bring with me. Once we they arrived at my new place I quickly unpacked the stuff in the bins while they moved the rest of the stuff in.Overall I had a great experience and would totally book them again.

I can't say enough good things. They were on time, they were kind and polite, they moved very quickly, even though I had furniture that had to be taken apart into small pieces. Then when we got to my new location, there was a couch left behind that couldn't fit through the door. No worries! They had it apart and by the curb in minutes. They were able to move 3 huge items (a 8 foot fridge and 2 examining tables) from a house to 2nd floor office (with no elevator) that 2 other local companies couldn't.
